About Northfirst
Plan for weather, not against it.
Northfirst is a photo and video studio in Bergen, between the harbour and the university. We work for seafood exporters, shipping companies, outdoor clothing brands, hotels and tourism boards.
Grey light is soft light. Most of our best pictures were made on days other crews would cancel, with rain covers on and a dry van nearby.
When the sun does come out we move fast. A fjord shoot can be booked with two days' notice, and we keep a boat skipper on call.
Stills, film and drone come from one crew and one plan, graded together so a campaign looks like one place on one day.
